Organize the general operations of the office and ensure that the office runs smoothly.

Manage phone calls, emails, and incoming and outgoing mail.

Maintain and order office supplies & equipment, ensuring that inventory levels are kept up to date.

Handle employee-related requests, such as booking travel arrangements and coordinating meetings.

Maintain confidential company records and documentation.

Effectively manage contracts and other formal legal agreements.

Assist in conducting research and compiling data for various projects or teams.

Requirements

ITE/Poly Diploma in business administration, or related field.

At least 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office-related software.

This position will start off as 10 months contract.

Responsibilities:

• Work with students with SEN on their specific learning needs outside of class setting. These learning needs can include socialization skills, communication skills, self-management, self-control, study skills and/or strategies to focus on their strengths and learning.
• Observe and work with specific students in the class to follow teacher instructions and to ensure safety and a conducive learning environment for the students and others.
• Support students with SEN during events such as Learning Journeys, school camps, sports events and other co-curricular activities.
• Assist in the running of SEN-based after-school programmes either to provide more holistic support to SEN students or in upscaling teachers’ skills in managing SEN students.
• Document work with these students and assist with any work-related administrative duties.

Working Hour:
Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 5pm

• Create ATE (Advantest SmarTest PS1600) test program and integrate various test functions in test flow to support First Silicon bring up for wafer and package in NPI phase.
• Complete test development, test program transfer and product release at respective milestones.
• Perform design validation/characterization/experiment on ATE across process, voltage, frequency and temperature. Evaluate test and product margins, debug and communicate result/yield/analysis to various teams.
• Support proto demands/ramp, qualification IP owner and customer requests.
• Utilize ATE test tools and other test instrument to debug and analyze the test, design and product issue.
• Support ATE test hardware design/debug and test time reduction.
• Initiate, plan and execute multiple projects to achieve target.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management

• Play a key role in formulating and implementing accounting policies and procedures in accordance with CAS (Charity Accounting Standards) and relevant statutory requirements.
• Examine and analyse accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
• Brief management on the monthly financial statements.
• Present the Quarterly Financial Statements and Annual Budget to the board.
• Check and review all payments.
• Approve all journals.
• Involved in grants and other donation applications.

Budgeting

• Prepare budgets and cash flow projections and analyse the variances.
• Budget for capital expenditure.

Organisational Resource Management

• Analyse business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.
• Survey operations to ascertain accounting needs and to recommend, develop, and maintain solutions to business and financial problems.
• Appraise, evaluate, and inventory real property and equipment, recording information such as the property's description, value, and location.
• Check on the inventory of donation-in-kinds.

Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with outsourced vendors to ensure timely and accurate financial records for Board presentations.
• Liaise with external auditors to ensure the Statutory Accounts are presented in a true and fair view.
• Liaise with bankers.

Others

• Any other related duties in New Hope CS as assigned by Reporting Officer.
