• Provide accurate data entry and maintain proper documentation records and filing

• Booking parcel shipment with courier company from the portal like DHL, FedEx etc.

• Using email as the main communication tool internally

• To report any discrepancies found in the systems to the Warehouse Manager

• Performs other ad-hoc duties when assigned by Warehouse Manager
