JOB SUMMARY

This position is assigned to the Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) Fitness, Sports, and Deployed Forces Support Branch; Fleet Readiness; Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC); Singapore Area Coordinator, Singapore. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Administrative Support (includes but not limited to):

Requirements

• Replenishment of stocks from Bulk to Pickface.
• Pick and packing of stocks for fulfilment of Client orders.
• Handle returns including arrangement for exchange, reverse pick up, reinbound, shortages, and etc.
• Other ad-hoc matters or duties as deem necessary requested by the HOD.
• Prefer PR holder or Singaporean Citizen.

Requirements:

• Secondary Education without GCE 'O' / 'N' Level or equivalent.
• 2 years experience in gateway operations/customer service or client management.
• Experience in the e-Commerce industry is an added advantage.

• Experience with MYOB & Xero Accounting Software
• Check supplier’s invoice & seek approval before process payment.
• Prepare payment voucher and issue cheques
• Accounting report/Financial Statements Preparation/Bank Reconciliation

• Managing Emails and Calls
• Keeping track of all monthly payments and expenditures, including invoices and purchase orders
• Assist with Employees Grants & Claims

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Preparation of invoices, Purchase Order, Delivery Order
• Restock office supplies & pantry refreshments
• Manage company insurance records
• Manage list of vehicles in the company(Renewal of Road tax, COE, Insurance)
• Upkeep record of company maintenance(E.g. Mosquito fogging record, cleaning record)
• Maintain & update workers records and files
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
• Monitoring of tenancy contracts

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in related field.
