Job Title: Warehouse cum Admin Assistant
Working Days: Monday to Friday, Alt Saturday

Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and reliable Warehouse cum Admin Assistant to join our team. This dual role involves supporting warehouse operations while also managing various administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to efficiently balance both warehouse and office duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and organizing inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stocktaking.
• Perform administrative tasks such as document preparation, data entry, and filing.
• Coordinate deliveries, shipments, and internal requests for warehouse items.
• Ensure proper documentation of all warehouse activities, such as goods receipts and dispatch logs.
• Handle administrative duties such as answering phone calls, scheduling, and supporting other departments as required.
• Assist with any ad-hoc tasks to support the efficient running of the warehouse and office.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations or administrative support is an advantage.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well both independently and in a team setting.

Responsibilities

1. Loading and unloading of goods daily.

2. Operate forklift and handle equipment in automated warehouse

3. Ensure items are placed in right and proper location and retrieving them properly

4. Observe safety at all times and looking out for each other as well as ensuring all stored items are kept in good condition.

5. Able to attend to resolving warehouse or storage issues when required.

6. Ensure proper stocks recording for in/out and any required admin paperwork are completed

Requirements

1. If you have Singapore Forklift license and can operate forklift competently, we will offer higher starting salary compared to a normal storeman who does not have this license.

2. Able to work in cold room -12 Degree Celsius (°C)

3. Must be medically fit and physically fit to do loading and unloading work on daily basis

4. 5.5 days workweek

Responsibilites.

• To respond on emergency (standby 24/7 calls ) attend project sites while on duty and off duty.
• To communicate assigned cleaning duties to the cleaning team.
• To ensure teams adhere to safety measures during cleaning operations.

You will support the finance department by performing various accounting tasks. This role is essential for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the financial operations within the organization. You will report directly to the Finance Manager and will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and assisting with audits preparations.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive personnel to support the Finance Manager in managing and overseeing day-to-day finance and accounting operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Finance Manager to oversee and manage the finance team, fostering consistent and accurate financial management practices.
• Lead, mentor and manage the finance team to enhance performance and productivity.
• Manage and oversee the entire full spectrum of accounting function, including GL, AP, and AR
• Perform full spectrum of accounting functions in compliance with accounting standards and financial policies
• Ensure timely completion of all month-end closing activities.
• Maintain related supporting documentation to meet legal regulations and requirements.
• Coordinate and communicate with external parties such as tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, and tax authorities to ensure adherence to finance, audit and tax regulations.
• Develop, implement and manage financial planning processes in alignment with company goals.
• Preparation of GST submission
• Responsible for the accounting processes, documentation and all entries thereto including posting General Journals; ensuring that all ledgers, GL, AR, AP are reviewed and reconciled monthly
• Ensure Standard Operating Procedures and Knowledge Articles are up to date and properly documented
• Assist with other accounting duties as directed by Management.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting / Finance or equivalent
• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Possess minimum 2 years of leadership and team management experience
• Experienced in full-set accounting
• Hands-on experience with Netsuite Accounting Software will be an added advantage
• Expertise in accounting principles and regulations, with the ability to apply them at high speeds.
• Must be computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word etc.)
• Proactive, exercise flexibility, able to multi-task and work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
