Responsibilities:

• Present, promote, and sell products/services to both existing and prospective customers in the cleanroom, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical production sectors.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans for assigned products and agencies.
• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend equipment, products, services, or solutions that best address those needs.
• Analyze the market potential within the territory, track sales performance, and generate status reports.
• Build strong technical expertise in products and applications to effectively support and engage prospects and clients.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, expanding the product portfolio for the team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical sales role within related industries (e.g., healthcare, cleanroom, pharmaceutical, industrial equipment).

• Supervising a team of retail assistants to ensure smooth operation
• Responsible for the sales of your category of products
• Handle inventory management, housekeeping and merchandising
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
• Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash or other credit cards
• Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally

Working hours:

• 6 days roster based (retail hour 10am to 10pm)
