- Diploma or degree holder with a background in, but not limited to, accounting or legal studies.
- Fresh graduates of SAICSA/CSIS/MAICSA or currently pursuing SAICSA/CSIS/MAICSA are welcome.
- Good listener, able to elicit information efficiently and effectively.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement sales strategy in collaboration with the marketing department.
• Participate in monthly sales and order planning meetings.
• Develop and implement brand/ product strategy to improve brand awareness.
• Develop and strengthen the relationship with assigned Dealers/Trade Partners.
• Accomplish allocated sales objectives, manage, execute, and monitor sales targets for Dealers/Trade Partners.
• Build and maintain good relationship with distributors and channel partners both local and overseas.
• Take charge and manage a group of Sales Promoters and Executives.
• Achieve the company's monthly and annual sales budgets and objectives.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Diploma in Business Management or any related discipline
• At least 2 - 3 years’ regional sales (B2B & B2C) experience preferably from home/ household appliances industry
• Willing to travel whenever necessary
