Position Overview
§Hunt and develop new clients from relevant industries.
§ Maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important customers.
§ Responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned STRATEGIC account objectives.
§ Responsible for presenting the entire range of company’s manufacturing capabilities on component parts and services to new customers while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
§ Has great network and relationships with high level commodity/sourcing decision makers.
§ Resourceful in market opportunities and result-driven personality.
Job Responsibilities:
§ Establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in hunting of new accounts.
§ Coordinating the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
§ Meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
§ Proactively assessing, clarifying and validating customer’s needs on an on-going basis.
§ Leading solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
§ Willing to travel extensively for work-related projects
