Responsibilities:

• To prepare tax invoices, debit notes, credit notes and bank deposits.
• To code, input and update all records into the relevant system.
• To prepare refunds to customers and dealers.
• To prepare collection summary and debtors reports.
• To ensure all credit card chargebacks from credit card centers are being followed up and reviewed to resolve on timely basis.
• To update receipts & collections in cashbook on timely basis.
• To assist in issuing official receipts and ensuring full payment from customers.
• To manage credit control including debtors aging, commission receivables and following up on outstanding accounts.
• Ensure accurate and timely closing of monthly accounts.
• Maintenance of accounts receivable system.
• Liaise with operations to resolve on any discrepancy or outstanding issues.
• To prepare billing to inter-companies and carry out contra entries.
• To monitor inter-companies’ balances and follow up on receipts.
• To send out monthly statement of account.
• Review monthly inter-companies balances and transactions

Requirements:

• LCCI/ CAT/ ITE / Diploma or equivalent in Accountancy.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in handling AR matters.
• Autoline system experience is an advantage.

• Process accounts payable invoices matching and verifying with purchase orders, delivery orders/goods receipts in Procure to Pay system.
• Ensure accounts payable invoices, petty cash and staff expenses claims are accurate and properly coded.
• Ensure GST recognition is incompliance with IRAS e-Tax Guide.
• Generates electronics (online) payments to vendors, ensure cheques are authorized and in line with Group Policy and processes.
• Verify vendor creation forms with necessary documents required for New Vendor creation in ERP system according to Group Policy.
• Prepare and update vendors’ reconciliation on a monthly basis.
• Handling and resolving internal and external vendors’ inquiries and issues.
• Clear and reconcile unallocated payments in ERP systems promptly.
• Ensures completeness of balance sheet schedule on a monthly basis including reconciliation of payments, prepare analysis of accounts, monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
• Investigate and resolve invoice/GRIR discrepancies.
• Assist in AP month end closing.
• Standardization of invoice and payment processing.
• Propose and improve internal process to achieve efficiency.
• Other ad-hoc duties as required and/or assigned.
