• To reach out and engage the general public to upgrade and embark on their Digital Marketing learning journey.
• Identify potential customers and businesses that may be interested in digital tech courses.
• Actively participate in assigned roadshows, corporate events and seminars.
• Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand the needs and preferences of customers to provide tailored training courses.
• Utilise CRM software to manage leads, track sales progress, and report on sales targets accurately.
• Provide regular reports to management on sales performance.
• Proactive in monitoring the competitive landscape and industry trends, identifying opportunities and challenges to inform sales strategy and terms.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills to engage diverse audiences effectively.
• Be a positive representative of the company and its brand by conducting all activities with professionalism and integrity
• Experience in B2C/B2B sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a plus
• Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply as on-the-job training is provided
