Job Requirements:

• Training will be provided for candidates who possess relevant certifications (eg: electronics) but lack work experience
• 2+ years of experience in a Presales Technical role or similar position have the advantage
• Knowledge in BMS & ELV Systems e.g. PA system, Fire Alarm System, CCTV system, Card Access, Structure Cabling & etc
• Knowledge of both software project lifecycle and DevOps practices
• Experience with a mix of software and hardware deployments
• Familiarity with IT systems, including networking and system monitoring
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple presales activities
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Experience in Video Manager software in comp's products: CCTV
• Able work independently and also with other both indoor and outdoor locations
• Co-ordinate and work closely with the external parties and customers to plan, organize and execute the project related activities.
• Assist the manager in engineering works such as system designing, documentation, testing & commissioning (T&C) for BMS systems
• Experience in IoT, smart building systems, or ELV (extra-low voltage) technology
• Familiarity with site operations, safety protocols, and field troubleshooting
• Experience in project monitoring tools and automation is a plus

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage leads and follow-ups: Using our automated CRM, you’ll keep track of your clients and reach out at the right times.
• Set appointments: You’ll arrange meetings with business owners and decision-makers to present our solutions.
• Meet key players in person: You’ll get the chance to meet and network with decision-makers at top interior design firms across Singapore.
• Close deals: You’ll confidently present our solutions, follow up with leads, and secure deals that generate recurring commissions.
• Learn and grow: With our comprehensive training and B2B sales experience, you’ll have the chance to continuously improve your skills and grow your sales career.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm.

What we’re looking for:

• SOME sales experience, ideally in marketing, creative industries, or similar. (PREFERABLY)
• Bilingual (English & Mandarin)—you can easily engage with a diverse set of clients.
• You’re driven, professional, and ready to build long-term relationships with clients.
• High level of work ethic and seriousness about your role
