• Support sales team in achieving sales targets
• Process online or phone orders and coordinate delivery/pick-up
• Prepare sales reports and track sales performance
• Assist in visual merchandising and store layout adjustments
• Collaborate with other team members to improve customer experience
• Provide administrative support for the sales department when needed

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor's in interior design or related field
• At least 3 years of sales experience in renovation/construction (preferred)
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office
• Must have customer service experience
