Job Description

• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri 8AM – 5PM, Sat 8AM – 12PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
• Develop strategies to approach potential clients and secure new accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Develop and execute effective sales plans to achieve individual and team sales targets
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services
• Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to inform product development

• Provide effective support and coordination with regional dealer representatives.
• Maintain existing relationships and foster new ones to strengthen the company's regional presence.
• Assist with marketing strategy initiatives and promptly address representatives' inquiries.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Positive attitude toward learning and a strong work ethic.
• Bilingual in MANDARIN & English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking representatives.
