The kitchen assistant's responsibilities include assisting with inventory control, removing and washing the garbage area and clearing refrigerators, freezers, and storage rooms and counter searr. You should also be able to record notable food wastages.

Ad-hoc:

• Safekeep children’s files and school assets
• Prepare and maintain registration, GIRO, transport, and other forms

Requirements

● Minimum 1 year of HR or administrative experience.

● Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Drive.

JOB SUMMARY

• We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide support to the Global Head of Group Resilience. This role will coordinate and manage business support, scheduling and preparation of materials. We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support our finance department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various accounting tasks, including invoice processing, payment preparation, and vendor management, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Goods Receipt: Match Delivery Orders (DO) with Purchase Orders (PO) and Purchase Requisitions (PR).
• Invoice Processing: Convert MIGO entries into invoices, ensuring all supporting documents are attached.
• Direct Invoice Entry: Enter direct invoices into the SAP system accurately.
• GIRO Reduction: Record all GIRO deductions into the SAP system before month-end closing.
• Payment Processing: Prepare and submit payments to suppliers on a monthly basis or upon receiving approved payment requests, ensuring accuracy and proper record-keeping.
• Monthly Monitoring: Ensure timely receipt and entry of Debit Note (DN) or Credit Note (CN) into the SAP system and request SOAs from suppliers.
• Daily Cashbook Reporting: Report and maintain the daily cashbook.
• Payment Forecast Updates: Update forecast payment details and monitor cash balances in the bank.
• Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in an accounting role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• SAP experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in financial matters.

Job Description:

Accounts Payable-

· Sort, code and match invoices.

· Set invoices up for payment & filing.

· Enter and upload invoices into the accounting system.

· Track expenses and process expense reports.

· Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.

· Ad-hoc tasks as & when required.

G/L data entries –

• To generate G/L details for closing team
• To assist closing team for audit schedule preparation
• SPV monthly closing

Job Requirements:

· Some practical experience in working with accounts/bookkeeping.

· Diploma or its equivalent

· 1 year of experience in account, experience in a shipping industry would be a distinct advantage/ fresh graduates with a diploma in accounting (or similar) would be welcome too.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Practical experience in Microsoft Business Central preferred

· Ability to work in a team, meticulous and responsible.
