Working Hours: 5 Days work week, 9am - 5.30pm

Job Descriptions:

· Establish good working relationships with key customers

· Obtain up to date forecast information for key customers

· Process customer orders and ensure orders are progressed to support requirements

· Handle Request For Quotations (RFQ) from customers

· Collaborate with sourcing department to establish optimal solutions to secure growth

· Kanban/VMI set up and maintenance of Master File

· Regular Kanban/VMI reviews with key customers to identify any increase/decrease in usage, identify End of Life (EOL) parts and determine when parts become excess

· Creation and management of customer kits

· Creation of works orders for parts to be sent to platers, liaising with warehouse for despatch/receipt.

Requirements:

· Intermediate knowledge/experience of Microsoft Office package including Excel

· Ability to form strong relationships and maximise sales

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Self-motivated, proactive, confident, and capable of working independently.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer management skills.
• Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is mandatory.
