Responsibilities:

• Manage full sets of accounts
• Prepare the monthly financial reports on timely
• Liaise with auditors for yearly audits for audit or tax purposes.
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST return.
• Provide general administration support
• Other Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years accounting experience
• Proficient in computer skill such MS Office
• Relevant experience in the residential development or service industry
• Possess fluent communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous, organised and detail-oriented
• Hardworking and responsible team player
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at one time

1）assisting with recruitment, posting job vacancies, reviewing job applications, arranging interviews with suitable candidates and conducting candidate reference checks

2)supporting employee relations initiatives, assisting with employee conflict resolution and daily communication between the HR department and the organisation's various teams

3)assisting in the preparation of HR documents, such as employment contracts, HR policies and employee handbooks

4)collating and updating new employee records

5)maintaining employee records and ensuring data is accurate and up to date

6)supporting the HR department in administrative tasks, such as employee data entry and data filing

7)assisting with payroll preparation by tracking relevant employee data, such as performance reviews and feedback

We are hiring Dental Assistant with passion to serve patients with empathy, with commitment to making sure that the clinic is well organised and running smoothly. She must be able to work in a team, helping each other out.

Experience in dental assisting is preferred.

Patient registration. Drug dispensing. Admin duties. Must be conversant in English, Mandarin and Malay. Must be comfortable with the use of computers. Clinic is in the west. Need to be prepared to work mornings, afternoons and nights, weekends and weekdays. Preferably has past history in similar line.

• Pick, prepare and pack products ordered by Online Customers in a timely and accurately manner

• Assist in loading of shipping containers occasionally

• Preferably familiar with E-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Red mart, NTUC Marketplace and etc..)

• Working hours: 7.30am - 11.30pm (Monday - Friday)
