Purpose: To provide technical support on presales/post sales enquiry for Server related products.

Position Based In: Singapore

The Responsibilities:

• To co-work with Account Managers and Product Managers to attend presales, post sales enquiry.
• To solve technical problems reported from the field
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations (IT Infrastructure) explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers
• Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements
• Provide technical support to sales account managers throughout the sales cycle
• Gathering information of new products and attend technical training by HQ
• Reporting of technical information to HQ for product and software support improvements
• Perform evaluation, benchmarking and optimization of IT equipment

The Requirement:

• Computer Hardware & Software Control skills are required.
• Problem Solving & Product Testing skills are required.
• Analytical Ability to Work Confidently in a Rapidly Changing, Fast-Paced Environment
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task

Responsibilities

• Sales of slimming, facial and beauty treatments
• Provide advices on customer's skin and weight management and answer customer enquiries
• Hands on facial, slimming and hair removal treatments when necessary
• Answer customer enquiries and book appointment for customers
• Handle front desk work and stock inventory

Requirements

• At least 5 years experience in sales and hands-on of facial and slimming treatments
• Beauty certificate is an added advantage but training will be provided
• Willing to learn slimming, facial and other beauty skills
• Able to work any shift
• Able to work OT on weekends and public holiday
• · Must be able to work night shift and split shift
• · Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed

Ensuring that customers enjoy excellent quality service at the beauty

Managing of customers’ relationship and feedbacks

Taking care of customers’ reservation and verifying of payment

Explaining treatment and package details to customers

Managing recruitment of beauty staff

Preparing work schedules for beauty staff

Setting goals for each staff member and evaluate their performance

Ensuring that the business achieves projected sales target and profit

Monitoring and restocking of beauty supplies

Ensuring spa facilities and equipments are maintained to a high standard

Implementing of marketing campaign to attract new customers

Managing of social media platforms and website of the beauty

Ensuring that proper safety measures are put in place and adhere to

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma or equivalent

Minimum 10 Year(s) of working experience in Sales/Business management/beauty management

Very knowledgeable in spa products and treatments

Certification in spa services and massage services will be added advantage

Experience in managing multiple branches will be added advantage

Good communication skills and interpersonal skills

Able to work on weekends

No fix working hours

Good learning attitude

• Provide administration support to sales and reservation team (hybrid role)
• Handle telephone enquiries
• Ensure all reservation details are entered timely and accurately into the system.
• Organized and maintain an up-to-date filing system
• Perform other ad-hoc admin duties

Requirements:

• Min O Level Qualification or equivalent with 1 year of hospitality experience preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills and positive working attitude
• Good team player yet able to work independently
