The Sales & Advisory Business Execution Sr. Analyst is key member of the Asia South Investment Advisory Team. The role is a seasoned professional who applies in-depth knowledge to drive improvement of investments sales & advisory processes and work-flow. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the investment sales & advisory function and overall business. Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams. Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization. Work and performance of all teams in the area of investent sales & advisory are directly affected by the performance of the individual.

Responsibilities:

• Management of specific investment advisory artifacts with inputs from various internal partners
• Work with key control stakeholders and other internal partners to streamline investment sales & advisory process.
• Deliverables include elevating internal client (Bankers and Investment Counselors) and external client experience related to investment sales & advisory process.
• Work with internal partners to support project management of strategic initiatives to improve processes and risk management.
• Sharp and concise presentation of key business intelligence and strategi initiatives to obtain buy-in from key stakeholders and keep them updated.
• Work with key control stakeholders and other internal partners to effectively manage risks in the investment sales & advisory process through systemic controls and where systemic controls are not viable, through effective operational controls.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• 6-8 years relevant experience in investment products, and investment sales & advisory processes
• Required skills include project management, quantitative aptitude, and the ability to effectively synthesize and communicate complex business issues through concise presentation skills.
• Good interpersonal skills to oversee cross disciplinary work streams.
• Extensive project management and strategic analysis experience.
• Interest and experience in the financial services industry, in particular in the areas of wealth management and investent products

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage full spectrum of accounting functions in accordance with statutory requirements, financial accounting regulations, company policies and procedures
2. Supervise a small team, provide guidance, resolving accounting discrepancies and review their work
3. Review processes and internal controls and taking the lead as project leader for any automation or improvement in processes
4. Compiling financial reports and supervising month/year end closing activities
5. Review WIP and Debtors ageing report

7. Assist with annual budgeting & forecast exercise
8. Handle corporate tax, GST filing and overseas VAT matters, government statistical reporting etc

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business with min. 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with large reputable organizations. Big 4 professional firms experience would be an advantage.
2. Proficiency in use of computer. Especially excellent MS-Excel skills is a must, experience in MS-Access, MS-PowerPoint, Dynamics is an advantage.
3. Strong team-player with good interpersonal skills.
4. Keen on personal development with long term commitment to the company.
5. Good communication skills – both written and oral with ability to communicate to both finance and non-finance teams.
6. Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

· Establish relationship with customers by delivering excellent customer service

· Provide professional skincare advice and consultation for customers, managing customers’ needs and ensure customer satisfaction

· Lead and provide guidance to therapists on the service and treatments to customers

· Assist the Senior Sales Manager in the overall operation of the branch eg. Staff MC, Punctuality, Daily Sales target, current promotions and updates etc

· Assist the Senior Sales Manager to run the outlet efficiently and effectively

· Assist the Senior Sales Manager to handle customers' complaints and feedback

· Motivate/building teamwork among colleagues & maintain good communication and good working environment

· Achieve personal sales target and assist in achieving monthly sales target set out for the branch

· To assist in making cold-calls to customers

· Ensure all treatment rooms & consultation rooms are in good & conductive condition

· Ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by management

Requirements:

· Min. 5 years' working experience in the beauty wellness industry with proven sales record

· Independent, motivated, optimistic and possess initiative

· Highly motivated, sales driven and service oriented

· Good interpersonal skills and communication qualities

· Team player with ability to cooperate with colleagues and have strong leadership capabilities

· Willing to work retail hours (split shift work, weekends and public holidays)

· Passionate about the beauty and service industry

· Must be able to work night shift and split shift

· Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed

A research position is available at the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD). The research focuses on semantic communications, resource allocation, and edge AI.
