To assist the Facilities Manager in managing all the facilities and cleaning related matters.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To assist the Facilities Manager in coordinating and overseeing the school’s daily cleaning and facilities support to ensure a clean and safe environment for students, staff, and all visitors, including, but not limited to:

● Working closely with the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) Team to ensure high standards (based on NEA’s Environmental Sanitation Regime) of cleanliness and hygiene by overseeing the daily cleaning routines for all school areas, including classrooms, offices, toilets, dining halls, and outdoor areas such as the sports fields, parking lots, outdoor courts etc.

● Assisting in all logistic support for school events and ensuring facilities are properly and timely set up for use and restored to their original conditions after use.

● Conducting daily check and walk rounds to ensure that school facilities are well-maintained and free from hazards.

● Ensuring school facilities are regularly maintained.

● Regularly checking and ensuring replenishment of supplies, suchas toilet rolls, hand soap, air freshener etc.

● Conducting regular inspections of the school premises to identify and report any maintenance or cleanliness issues to the Facilities Manager for prompt resolution.

● Overseeing waste collection and disposal processes, ensuring proper segregation and adherence to National Environment Agency guidelines.

2. Working as part of the Facilities Team to manage the following:

● Ad-hoc renovation work.

● Liaise with vendors to rectify defects/faults immediately whenever necessary.

● Support school events - working overtime if need be.

● Attend to facilities related feedback and carry out first level rectifications if possible.

3. Any other duties as assigned by the COO/Facilities Manager.

Team Summary

The Director, Gaming Vertical Lead will be a part of the AP Growth Verticals team within the Merchant Sales and Acquiring (MS&A) hub organization. This is a team of thought leaders and execution-focused specialists who work with market teams to deploy acceptance growth initiatives, issuance opportunities, and seller-side solutions to catalyze growth across Asia Pacific. The team is also the regional co-ordination point and interface into the global verticals and segments and drives the overall strategy for multiple initiatives to grow Visa’s acceptance footprints.

As a key member of this team based in Singapore, you will be the subject matter expert for helping Visa’s market teams in identifying and delivering on opportunities within the Gaming vertical with client segments such as developers, publishers, console manufacturers and other gaming partners/enablers. This role will report to the Head of AP Co-brand & Growth Verticals in AP.

What a Gaming Vertical Lead does at Visa:

• Build, own and drive Visa’s Gaming segment strategy for merchants, acquirers, and enablers across the Gaming value-chain in Asia Pacific.
• Be the subject-matter-expert to Visa market teams to grow Visa acceptance, co-brands opportunities, acceptance solutions and various payment flows with gaming merchants (eg: game developers, online gaming platforms, console manufacturers) as identified in the regional Gaming strategy.
• Engage with ecosystem players including game developers, console manufacturers, gaming associations, digital distribution platforms and others to identify and build opportunities/partnerships to grow Acceptance in Gaming, update on trends and obtain industry feedback.
• Collaborate with key partners - both internal and external – in defining and executing Visa’s Gaming strategy in the region. Specifically, this includes building compelling sales collateral, developing a sales pipeline, co-pitching with respective Account Executives, partnering with Product teams to define appropriate products/services, Portfolio Optimization and building commercial arrangements where required.
• Front client engagements on relevant products/solutions such as Co-Brands, CyberSource, Tokenization etc and articulate Visa value proposition in Gaming customer-centric language.
• Increase Visa share of processed volume and grow Visa revenue (from core and Value-added Services) in the Gaming vertical.
• Be a thought leader and champion of innovation by staying current with industry trends, representing Visa in Gaming forums and market activities as a subject matter expert.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. 1. Support in GST checking & review
2. Follow up on customer overdues

• Focus on financial institutions, including hedge funds, asset managers, trading companies, quant funds and robo advisors, ect. Form good understanding on the funds segment landscape and develop a good network within the segment.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth, including but not limited to direct prospecting, referring channels and events.
• Develop in-depth understanding on moomoo’s platforms, products and solutions, able to differentiate and match accordingly to financial institutions’ trading and investment needs.
• Initiate and drive internal improvements on platforms, products and solutions to better match the general needs of financial institutions.
• Plan and work independently to achieve personal sales targets within a team setup, where you can leverage resources among your peers and other teams within the company.
• Maintain good relationship with financial institution clients and establish long term partnerships.

• At least 3 years of working experience in business development functions facing financial institutions, focusing on trading/investment products, platforms, or solutions.
• With trading background or has trading experience, being able to speak the language of traders is a huge plus.
• Self-driven in sales function and able to manage the whole sales cycle independently.
• Solid knowledge base in multi-assets, compulsory in equities trading. Able to pick up quickly on demonstrating trading/investment platform and solutions.
• Fast learner, effective communicator, and team player.
• Good command of Mandarin is a huge plus.
• Having passed CMFAS 1A, 6A and 6 or are exempted is preferred.

The Specialized Sales Manager and Account Executive will play an essential role in managing, developing and growing Visa’s business with our emerging clients in targeted regions. • Write basic scripts for TV news
• Research news stories
• Transcribe live interviews
• Build graphics using CNBC’s in-house applications and liaise with the Graphics team for guidance
• Work with video editors to cut videos to match news scripts
• Prepare elements such as video clips, lower-thirds, soundbites etc for show segments
• Efficiently manage the teleprompter for on-air talents during live programming
