• Be part of the entire event management process along with event director and wider team

We seek a dedicated & conscientious Assistant Store Manager, a character that is responsible, diligent and self-motivated. The Assistant Store manager is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store. This includes ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, managing staff, optimising sales and maintaining inventory levels. The Assistant Store Manager is also responsible for implementing company policies & procedures, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a positive work environment. When the need arises, the Assistant Store Manager should be able to step up and manage the team and the store in the absence of the Store Manager.

Primary Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Deliver excellent customer service, cultivating a pleasant shopping experience for customers
• Identify & handle customer enquiries & feedback promptly
• Recommend creative ideas to build / develop strong regular clientele

Community / VIP customers

• Fostering a deep sense of belonging in our Ksisters' community
• Manages offline community building with cross-functional teams

Operations

• Oversee daily store operations & assist in supervising a team of retail associates
• Ensure store presentation is consistent with brand image
• Ensure retail associates are well-groomed & presentable at all times during working hours
• Manage store inventory & promptly alert management of concerning stock levels

Sales

• Able to manage, drive & achieve KPI(s)
• Analyse monthly sales results to management for performance evaluation & suggest action plans
• Coordinate & execute sales plans, marketing events & promotion programs with the team

Leadership

• Train, motivate & support retail associates to uphold company values & standards
• Monitor, coach & assist management in onboarding of new staff

Other duties

• Perform yearly appraisals for team members
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

• 3-5 years of experience in retail as a retail manager (Beauty retail is a plus!)
• Passionate about the retail industry & has strong leadership abilities
• Must be a good team player, self motivated, open-minded & proactive with high integrity level

• Strong adaptability skills in a fast paced environment
• Possesses problem-solving & planning skills

Together with the Sales and Supply Support Manager, you will support the Store’s commercial team and act as a communication link between the store and Supply and Availability, Service Office matrix.

Your assignment

• You will assist in the stock inventory process to secure highest stock accuracy level.
• Support the Sales and Supply Support Manager with stock discrepancies analysis as part of the inventory management process.
• Carry out qualitative and timely administration of parameters in the system to prevent unnecessary orders to manage healthy range frame.

Your profile

• You have minimum 2 years of experience in Retail Supply Chain and operational excellence to support in retail and/or logistics processes, tools and working methods.
• You are analytical, able to make objective decisions based on monitoring and reviewing of the in-store Logistics system and other available information.
• You are a team player with strong interpersonal skills; able to establish and maintain effective work relationships with cross-departmental colleagues and confident in approaching and talking to people from all levels.
• You have MS Office proficiency knowledge and knowledge in MVBC (Master version Business Central) system is preferred.
