RESPONSIBILITIES

• Financial Reporting
  • Review the financials of the Schools, Offices, Centres and Institutes (SOCIs) monthly to ensure accuracy, completeness, and appropriate presentation.
  • Prepare standardised regular financial performance reports in compliance with standards and regulations.

The Events and Sales Executive is responsible and accountable for management of venue hire, working with the Events Manager to develop the venue hire offer in order to meet the needs of our diverse audience. A creative individual with a passion for event management and sales, the Event and Sales Executive will have responsibility for implementing the venue hire strategy, setting, achieving and exceeding financial targets, developing and implementing marketing strategies, which promote the venue hire, developing key relationships and ensuring events, are managed effectively by the Operations team.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Order Management Specialist (12-months contract, Renewable)

The Role:

• Supporting role in the Customer Operations department.
• Managing customer order activity throughout order fulfilment cycle.
• This role will require working with team members in North America, Asia and Europe. The business analyst will have an affinity for working with different cultures and be flexible on working hours.
• Managing the data quality of electronic sales order transactions
• Ensure accurate data entry of customer master records and manual data entry of new sales orders and change orders. The specialist responds to internal department by researching order status for purchase orders and sales orders within the Order Management system.
• Competent in SAP S/4HANA Enterprise System to enter manual sales orders into SAP Order Management system.

Job Requirements:

• Assist in consolidating department updates for Board meetings.
• Assist in preparing Annual Report and financial statements for the purpose of presentation at Board Meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy.
• At least 3 years in a similar role, experience in a charity is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently with precision, efficiency, and good team player.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and internal control measures.
