This is a full time role for a Sea Freight Executive located in Airline Road. Our clients are in the Freight Forwarding Industry. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, promoting the company's services to potential clients, and preparing competitive quotations and proposals. The position requires prompt follow-ups, effective negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with new clients to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Clinic in Loyang require a clinic assistant. Office hours. No night clinics.

THe person will be involved in registering the patients, arranging the queue and arranging the patients to consult the doctor.

The person will also help the upkeep and stock taking of medicines.

The assistant will also assist in the administration of the clinic.

Job Responsibilities

· Handle half sets of accounts (eg; AP/AR)

· Ensure timely recording of creditors invoices and payment transactions and chasing external tenants for billings and Cheque

· Keying daily and monthly sales report

· Maintain proper filing and documentation of records

· Involved in cashflow calculation and preparation

· Assist in performing weekly/monthly bank reconciliations

Temporary Picker & Packer (Warehouse Assistant) - 2 -3 months Contract

The Role

The Warehouse Assistant works in the Distribution Centre, reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor and will be responsible for all quality and productivity of his/her own work including but not limited to below activities. He/she will be responsible to ensure all assigned work is completed in the same day.

Your profile

What you will do:

The sales team plays a significant role in driving growth and, as a Sales Executive, you are a hunter for the sales team and will be instrumental in growing our portfolio of SME, Mid-Market and Enterprise clients in Singapore. You will qualify leads, conduct essential market research and gather insights to help take the business to new heights. • Communicate with users on part withdraw or dispatch from store.
• To check incoming new spare parts to receiving store.
• Report to supervisor on the spare part issue.
• Work with store team and internal purchaser for any inquiry regarding spare parts status in the store.
• Send spare part withdrawal report to the department by requirement.
• Maintaining the store 5S, includes Stock take activities

Job Requirements:

• Min. Nitec and above with or without relevant experience
• Reliable and Positive work attitude.

• General store documentation experience is a plus.
