The Product Sales Specialist is a regional sales role that is part of the global Cash & Inside Sales team. The role deals with complex cash management requirements for the most demanding and sophisticated multi-national clients operating across Asia Pacific and Japan. This role is expected to develop and grow client relationships by understanding client needs and delivering solutions across the full range of cash management products and services that Citi can offer and will be a combination of event driven sales e.g. responding to large scale and/or complex regional tenders in the form of RFIs (Request for information), RFPs (Request for Proposals) and proactive sales e.g. targeted proactive engagement for key select acquisition names or defensive names for the firm. Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Assistant Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will support our Sous Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, and upholding the unique flavors of our Nyonya cuisine. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Sous Chef in overseeing food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality and consistency
• Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and refine existing recipes
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain stock levels
• Ensure that the kitchen is clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations
• Take charge in the absence of the Sous Chef and lead the team effectively

Qualities:

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Expertise in cooking Nonya cuisine not necessary but an added advantage
• Possess passion and interest in new recipes and products
• A team player who works efficiently to fulfil the production demands
• Willing to keep learning to broaden knowledge and harness new methods of production

Working Hours:

• 7-9 hours work per day
• 6 days’ work week

• Operating a variety of kitchen appliances including mixer and ovens
• Packaging of finished products to be sent to outlets / hotels
• Maintaining the cleanliness in the kitchens including cooking surfaces and equipment and utensils
• R&D new products

• 8-9 hours work per day (8/9amam to 5/6pm)

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

· Establish relationship with customers by delivering excellent customer service

· Provide professional skincare advice and consultation for customers, managing customers’ needs and ensure customer satisfaction

· Lead and provide guidance to therapists on the service and treatments to customers

· Assist the Senior Sales Manager in the overall operation of the branch eg. Staff MC, Punctuality, Daily Sales target, current promotions and updates etc

· Assist the Senior Sales Manager to run the outlet efficiently and effectively

· Assist the Senior Sales Manager to handle customers' complaints and feedback

· Motivate/building teamwork among colleagues & maintain good communication and good working environment

· Achieve personal sales target and assist in achieving monthly sales target set out for the branch

· To assist in making cold-calls to customers

· Ensure all treatment rooms & consultation rooms are in good & conductive condition

· Ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by management

Requirements:

· Min. 5 years' working experience in the beauty wellness industry with proven sales record

· Independent, motivated, optimistic and possess initiative

· Highly motivated, sales driven and service oriented

· Good interpersonal skills and communication qualities

· Team player with ability to cooperate with colleagues and have strong leadership capabilities

· Willing to work retail hours (split shift work, weekends and public holidays)

· Passionate about the beauty and service industry

· Must be able to work night shift and split shift

· Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed
