• Reviewing reports from managers to identify areas of improvement or new opportunities for growth in the company’s market share

• Establishing and enforcing company policies regarding customer relations, sales techniques, and ethics

• Developing and implementing training programs for new employees or existing staff members who are being promoted to new positions within the company

• Monitoring employee performance to ensure that they are meeting goals and adhering to company policies

• Managing a team of employees and ensuring that they are trained to perform their jobs effectively

• Reviewing customer orders and inventory to ensure that all customer needs are being met

• Conducting market research to identify new opportunities for growth in the industry

Requirements:

· Min 3 years' working experience in food distribution channels preferred (such as supermarket, wholesale, food service and retail channels).

· Ability to communicate and relate to people of all levels

· Self motivated and result oriented.

Responsibilities

· To support sales at different channels, including sales calls to outlets/ customers to ensure sufficient stock level, good merchandising and build relationship with team leaders and ground staff to develop and promote sales

· To work with and support promoters to achieve sales targets through good team work, well-established SOP and customer service

· To help plan sampling activities and devise promotional campaigns to drive business growth and develop new sales

· To support logistics and Inventory tasks.

· .Any other duties and responsibilities as directed by your superior.

· A good team player and able to work with a small team of sales staff, drivers and promoters.

• Managing Sales Process and Lead Generation.
• Handling enquiries and sales closure.
• Matching client's requirements with helper's profiles and shortlisting suitable candidates.
• Schedule and conduct interviews between clients and helpers.
• Preparation and issuance of documentation and agreement.
• Perform all necessary Work Permit transactions with MOM including being the point of contact for further matters.
• Provide after-sales follow-up and client / helper services.
• Point of mediation between the helper and employer whenever necessary.
• Must possess EA personnel certificate with CEI license.
