Key Responsibilities

• Generating sales for renovation projects with provided verified leads
• Assisting in space planning and providing design recommendations
• Creating customized quotations tailored to client needs
• Overseeing renovation projects, including conducting site visits and managing coordination
• Scheduling project timelines to align with the client’s move-in dates
• Collaborating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
• Conducting on-site visits during the renovation process
• Responding swiftly and professionally to client communications via email and phone calls

Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Sales Manager in organizing client information, following up on sales opportunities, facilitating sales orders, and completing related marketing tasks.
2. Communicate regularly with cooperative clients, establish good long-term relationships, and track their needs.
3. Responsible for preparing and compiling monthly, quarterly, and annual statistical reports.
4. Responsible for the sales and promotion of company products.
5. Collect market information and analyze competitors within the assigned area.
6. Participate in regular product training and learn product knowledge.
7. Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
