What will I be doing?

As a Catering Sales Manager, you will manage all aspects of Catering Sales operations including social and outdoor catering events. The Catering Sales Manager will interact frequently with customers and Guests to learn about their needs and develop relationships from which to earn repeat and expanded business. • Maximise all Outdoor Catering and Social events revenue opportunities (weightage of 80% and 20% respectively)
