• Assist the Sales Team in conducting market research to identify potential clients and evaluate market trends.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to the fall protection and construction sectors.

(a) Visiting supermarket outlets as assigned

(b) Account for stock balance in outlets and resolve any discrepancy

(c) Liaise with store managers / in-charge of negotiating promotions and space buys

(d) Ensure displays are properly stocked on shelves

(f) Monitor stocks expiry date and practice first in first out stock rotation

Requirements:

Minimum GCE’N’ Level with at least 1-year working experience in Food FMCG/retail industry

Have a Motorbike to ride around would be advantageous
Able to start work within short notice is advantageous.

• Develop new customers while managing our existing customer base
• Pre-sales preparation (preparing project budgetary prices, quotations, costings, completion of technical specifications, delivering catalogues and engineering data to customers)
• Provide technical and engineering support to customers, whenever necessary.

• Supervise the activities of the sales team including marketing activities like product activations.
• Assist the line manager to recruit, training, enumerating, and retaining a competent sales team.

QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE:

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics and /or related areas
• Minimum of 8 years of sales experience, preferably in Hospitality / Food Catering.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
