The Role:

We are looking for a Jewellery Sales Executive. You will be working directly with the customers, providing them product knowledge and effectively selling both the brand and product. • To coordinate and monitor closely with factory on urgent deliveries request by customer and need to follow up closely
• Filling of orders/drawing and other documents in timely manner
• To assist outdoor Sales engineers when need arise
• To liaise with Workshop/Store department on customer orders when necessary
• To liaise with Account department on the payment status when necessary
• Continuous communication with the sales team for any feedback from customer
• To contribute ideas on how to improve our processes in timely manner
• To answer incoming calls and engage with customer and transfer the call to other department

Requirements:

• Must be computer literate
