Key Responsibilities:

1. Proactively develop clients through phone calls, online channels, etc., schedule appointments, and guide them to the store.
2. Assist designers in receiving clients, explaining design solutions, and signing contracts.
3. Follow up with clients and promptly address their inquiries to enhance customer satisfaction.
4. Participate in showroom display adjustments and daily maintenance to create a pleasant shopping environment.
5. Participate in marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 year of sales or customer service experience. Preference given to candidates with experience in the home furnishing industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and participate in training.
