About the Role:

Director of Sales

Reporting to the Associate Director of Marketing, the Director of Sales will lead a passionate sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets across all market segments. Your expertise will help position Four Seasons Hotel Singapore as a leader in luxury hospitality while fostering strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue and market share targets for corporate, group, MICE, and other key segments.
• Collaborate with the revenue team to establish competitive pricing strategies that maximize profitability and market positioning.

Driving Revenue Growth

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.

Schedule & Hours:

• Prospecting to generate sales leads within target accounts, especially Semiconductor, Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehousing industry for MiR and Healthcare, retail industry for Meditech
• Deep understanding of business requirements to ensure solution can meet customers’ needs.
• Prepare proposals for customers and tender submissions.
• Know the market, competitors, industries for the new product.
• Build relationships with stakeholders in the buying process including key decision makers, including relationships at senior management levels.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Business or IT
