Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support to sales team on day-to-day operations, including process sales orders, prepare quotation, purchases order, delivery order and issue invoice.
• Offer after sales support services to both new and existing customers on their inquiries and provide solutions to resolve them.
• Work with key customers and follow-up with inbound leads for new sales opportunities.
• Render support to the Sales Manager on reports and documents for tender submission to ensure projects run according to plan and timeline.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather information.
• Attend online/offline product trainings arranged by the vendors.

Job Requirements:

• Fresh Diploma/Degree Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Alternatively, candidate possesses 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience as a Sales Support/Sales Coordinator for Sales Department is an added advantage.
• Candidate who is equipped with some experiences in computer hardware/ software/ maintenance contract is an added advantage.
• Dynamic and fast-paced working environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• People oriented. Building good rapport and establishing relations with IT Business Partners.
