This entry-level role is designed for fresh graduates passionate about engineering and sales. As a Graduate Sales Engineer, you will gain comprehensive training and hands-on experience in technical sales and project support within the steel foundation industry.

Responsibilites

1. Training and Development: Participate in structured training to develop technical knowledge of sheet piles, steel beams, plates, and ERSS projects.

2. Product and Service Promotion: Actively promote and sell the company’s products, including sheet piles, steel beams, and plates, to achieve

3. Project Involvement: Support Earth Retaining or Stabilizing Structure (ERSS) projects, offering technical expertise and value engineering solutions to clients.

4. Rental Solutions: Manage and grow the rental segment for sheet piles, beams, and plates, providing clients with cost-effective options.

5. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to secure projects and repeat business

6. Technical Support: Collaborate with the engineering team to provide clients with detailed technical advice and support.

7. Market Analysis: Identify new opportunities, trends, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

* Fresh Graduates with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

* Strong knowledge of foundation engineering and steel products is a plus.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse clients.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
