RESPONSIBILITIES

This is a 6-months contract (maternity cover).

• Plan, manage, review and implement all aspects of exhibition fabrications, design, technical drawings and operations relating to the realise of the exhibitions.

• Manage and work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including artists, curators, fabricators, qualified person (QP), exhibition and graphic designers for the exhibition setup.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget in accordance to the safety, design and material specifications.

• Perform oversight on operational tasks on account opening, KYC support, collateral management, cash and fund trade processing, investment linked funds related tasks including processing subscription and redemptions flows and fee payments. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of fund accounting standards and regulatory frameworks (e.g., IFRS, GAAP, UCITS).
• 3-5 years of experience in fund operations, fund administration, or investment-linked products (ILP), preferably within a financial institution or asset management firm.
