We are looking for a brilliant Sales Performance Executive to join our fast-growing Shipco Regional Office.
Position Summary:
The incumbent is responsible for Sales Performance for the company by collecting, analyzing, and reporting of sales-related data in an on-going effort to increase overall sales productivity. He/she will analyze sales and marketing data to provide valuable insights to the internal teams. Additionally, he/she will serve as a facilitator and liaison with other departments to address business needs from the sales teams and support the development of the country sales teams. Being a part of the Tradelane Development team, the Sales Performance executive will also support the Tradelane managers with analytical data to drive Trade Lane Development
Task 1: Sales Performance Management
- Drive optimum usage and understanding of the Sales performance management tool within the region
- Provide actionable, specific analysis on performance, identifying shortfalls to support data-driven decision-making for the sales and management.
- Attend and support country sales meetings to drive actions as needed
- Oversee and Monitor development and implementation of Sales performance action plans
- Lead communications with GMs on sales performance :
- Who’s hitting targets and who is not
- Next actions on downtrading trades and customers
- Calls / Sales leads performance vs target
- Conversion rate pipeline to active bookings
- Branch approach on selling Focus Trade Lane development Lanes
6.Share best practices within regions and set up a newsletter promoting active sales performance management
7. Monthly Synopsis of total Sales performance to upper management (RD/COO/CCO).
Task 2: Reports and Analysis as required by the Trade Lane Development team
- Prepare reports as necessary for the Head of Tradelane Development to support discussion with different countries.
- Prepare monthly reports for Tradalane Development Manager to support discussion with different countries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain or related fields
- Min 1 year of relevant experience
- Proficient and advanced MS office and excel. Power BI is an advantage.
- Strong in task management and stakeholder management
- Advanced problem solving and analytical skills
- High level of organization and detail orientation
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in teams
- Fluent in English both Verbal and written. Mandarin is an advantage.
