Job description

Group companies’ transactions

1. Receive purchase order (PO) from group companies, check price and issue PO to factories.
2. Coordinate with inter group companies person in charge (PIC) to ensure everything is going smoothly.
3. Check the shipment status. Follow up documents and issue the invoices and packing lists.

Sales to third party customers transactions

1. Check the LC terms.
2. Prepare necessary documents for LC and monitor the shipment date.
3. Follow up with factory /forwarder when necessary.
4. Check the documents to prevent the discrepancy with LC.

Insurance

1. Records all CIF terms shipments and purchase insurance.
2. Monitor the credit limit and payment issue.

Monthly report

1. Provide monthly reporting support, including data collection, analysis, and so on.

Travel expenses

1. Check travel expenses and expense reimbursement.

Others

- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

RESPONSIBILITY

a) Planning and solving of logistic related matters;

b) Ensuring that stock is kept at appropriate levels and a stocktake is undertaken at the end of each month-end

c) Liaison with procurement on food order fulfilment and the planning of the smooth and timely delivery of food. (Managing of drivers, quality management, presentation of food etc.)

d) Assist in implementing, and managing procedures to deliver the service in line with the SFA guidelines;

e) Ordering, purchasing, and checking all supplies against invoices and delivery;

f) Able to think of new strategies to improve order fulfilment processes and performance and the ability to effectively implement them well (Routing, fleet management etc.);

g) Ensure constant liaison with the Food and Beverage Department;

h) Foster and develop relationships with existing clients and customers to maintain loyalty;

i) Conducts routine checks on various kitchens (during peak periods) to ensure operations are managed well by each individual kitchen team to meet the company's expectations

j) Ensures all staffs are well-groomed and show professionalism while at work to maintain a corporate image.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Have been working in the F & B field for at least 2 years (No experience are welcome to apply)

* Able to commit 6 days per week.

* Willing to work long hours, weekends,s and public holidays.

* Able and have past knowledge and experiences in preparing food cuisine (would be advantage).

* Resilient & ability to perform under pressure excellent communications & interpersonal skills.

* Willingness to learn and adapt.

* Have integrity and reliable to handle issues.

* Preferably someone with a degree in F&B, supply chain, Food Court, Institutional Catering, or related courses

* Basic computer literacy, including MS Word and Excel (would be an advantage)

* Candidate who posseses good knowledge of 5S, BIZSAFE, ISO22000, GRADE A Kitchen, EHS Standard, RBA Standard & MUIS regulations will have advantage.

Under our Customer Service cum Sales Department (Wholesale), you will be responsible for Customer Service and Sales-related areas, mainly co-ordination of stock movement and communication with overseas offices and customers. You will be required to travel overseas to participate in exhibitions and showcase our products to potential and existing customers.

Job Responsibilities

· Responsible for customer service and sales of spectacle frames

· Perform general administrative tasks such as meeting coordination, generating of invoices and billing of goods

· Provide timely and accurate clarification and advice to customers’ enquiries

· Co-ordinate repair service for damaged goods

· Communicate and co-ordinate with both external customers and internal departments to ensure order fulfillment and/or resolve customer issues

· Provide feedbacks and suggestions for new product designs, improving sales

· Perform inventory related transactions such as purchasing, coordinating with suppliers and return of defective frames

· Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers over matters relating to production and design

· Monitor inventory transactions and track stock movements

· Daily invoicing and order processing

· Record, pack and prepare shipping documents for defective frames to overseas suppliers for repair/exchange and keep track of status

· Assist with filing, scanning and photocopying of documents

· Pick and pack stocks, housekeeping of stockroom

Job Requirements

· Secondary education and above

· Knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Word and basic computer skills (Autocount experience an advantage)

· Good written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with overseas suppliers and manufacturers

· Able to work independently and multi-task

· Patient, meticulous and process-oriented person

· Committed and hands-on with a positive attitude

· Able to travel overseas when required
