ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in food preparation (Myanmar Cuisine)

• Ensure the quality of the food

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen

• Understanding and complying with the mandatory hygiene standards and requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Able to communicate in simple English and Myanmar Language

• Location: Balestier Market (Near Burmese Buddhist Temple)

• 6 days week

• Singaporean/Permanent Residents/Long Term Visit Pass are welcomed to apply

Job Description & Requirements

· Provide administrative support and documentation works.

· Prepare documents and submission to Authorities.

· Prepare and format reports.

· Coordinate and maintain documents for ISO and BizSafe.

· Handle calls and enquiries.

· Liaise with clients, suppliers and authorities.

· Perform other administrative work as assigned.

Requirements:

· Diploma or equivalent

· 1-year relevant working experience. Fresh degree / diploma graduates are welcome to apply.

· Good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills

· Able to multi-task, work independently with minimal supervision.

· Meticulous, self-motivated, responsible, proactive, and able to work as team.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office application, i.e Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc

Additional Information:

· 5 days work week

· Maximum 21 days annual leave

· Training will be provided

· Only Singaporean or PR will be considered

Your role will be to:

• Answer telephone calls, Whatsapp Business messages, and emails
• Schedule appointments for patients
• Meet and greet patients who come to our clinic
• Register patients using clinic management software
• Explain bills to patients and collect payment
• Submit insurance claims
• Handle patient's questions, feedback, and care concerns
• Coordinate various care appointments for patients
• All Admin works relating to clinic
• Keep our clinic running smoothly every day
