• Create new accounts and identify new business opportunities in the equipment rental & sales business;
• Development of new customers and new applications / solutions for existing customers;
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions and making recommendations to the management;
• To ensure that the network of current and potential customers is expanded and maintained through weekly external face to face and telephone sales calls;
• Coordinate and liaise with Operation Department pertaining to sales order and after sales supports;
• Communicate technical expectation to the customer relating to the proposed solution, Choon Huat’s fleet, installation, operation and maintenance of all services provide;
• Take on call responsibility as required, and promote all Choon Huat products and services at all times;
• Cultivate relationships with existing and potential customers; and
• Submit sales activity reports regularly.

Requirements

• No prior experience required. Bonus if the candidate has an experience in renewable energy technologies (solar, wind, energy storage, etc.).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Product training will be provided.
• Possess a valid Singapore driving licence.

Sales Manager Responsibilities:

• Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

• Supervising and guiding the sales team as well as providing incentives to motivate staff to achieve sales targets.

• Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.

Description of Duties :-

1. Accounting Support:

• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records for accounts payable and receivable.
• Invoice Processing: Prepare and track customer invoices, follow up on overdue payments.
• Reconciliation: Help reconcile bank accounts and financial records.
• Payroll Support: Assist with employee payroll and leave records.
• Expense Reports: Review and process staff expense claims.

2. Payment Support:

• Vendor Payments: Process payments to suppliers and contractors on time.
• Payment Processing: Handle payments through various methods (bank transfer, checks, etc.).
• Documentation: Maintain records of all payments and receipts.

3. Administrative Support:

• Office Organization: Manage office supplies, filing, and equipment maintenance.
• Scheduling: Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.
• Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Record Keeping: Maintain and update employee and financial records.

Job Requirements:

Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration or Accountancy or equivalent

Min. 1 - 2 years of AR/AP experience

Knowledge in Microsoft Office / Accounting Software

Able to start work immediately will be an advantage.

Able to work independently

Island Veterinary Clinic is looking for a part time administrative assistant to

do data entry and simple accounting tasks like collating invoices .

Mornings or afternoon shifts

Remuneration will depend on experience and hours worked per week .

Responsibilities:

• Perform general store operations e.g. receiving, packing and shipment
• Ensure work schedules and documentations are completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Optimizing warehouse space and adopt good housekeeping
• Ensure inventory accuracy of stocks at warehouse
• Responsible for ensuring proper receiving and issuance of raw materials/products.
• Check and verify quantity and condition of goods received with delivery orders/invoices
• Ensure the storeroom is tidy, neat and clean at all times
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior(s)

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Conversant in simple English
• Forklift license is “A Must”
