As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our sales and operations departments.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Manage appointments and schedules for sales representatives.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records on our websites.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed.
- Assist in adhoc admin duties
- Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Other general administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Academic Qualification not relevant , fluent in speaking and typing of mandarin .
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both typing and verbal。[English and Mandarin] Preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
