The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the protocols and procedures of the food service industry, including health and safety standards. Part time Admin Assistant duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Dealing with correspondence and phone calls

- Managing and organizing meetings and appointments

- Organising events and conferences

- Managing database and filing systems

- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems

- Liaising with staff and clients

- Collating, filing and recording expenses

- Other ad-hoc administrative duties when necessary
