The Role

- Develop channels for the sales & marketing of columbarium niches

- Attend to enquiries for niches from sources such as phone calls, website and social media

- Respond to booking of niches from industry partners in a prompt manner

- Show prospects to the niches in a respectful manner

- Ensure that all sold and reserved niches are recorded in the booking system

Skills & Experience:

- 2-4 years’ experience in the sales of columbarium niches or funeral industry

- Industry Knowledge of Religious, Cultural, Customs and Burial practices

Scope of work includes:

• Developing proposals, quotations and tenders for enquiries and negotiating terms to secure sales opportunities.
• Pursue new business opportunities aligned with Company's capabilities in interactive & experiential technologies for markets such as Marketing, Events, Galleries & Exhibitions and Retail.
• Developing solutions to improve clients experience and retain brand loyalty.
• Work closely with team members to produce and implement clients’ expectations.
• Working with partners to deliver innovative and successful project
• Managing company and clients’ expectations.
• Participating in strategic plans and solutions to drive sales.
• Base pay plus project commission

Key Requirements:

• Preferably with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in IT, Multimedia, MICE, Marketing or Creative industries
• Possess good interpersonal communication skills.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal.
• Possess positive and keen-to-learn attitude in acquiring technical knowledge and with creative flair.

1. Ensures that the store is run smoothly by conducting stock management, sales transaction and customer service

2. Opening and closing of store front daily

3. Monitor and maintain inventory level and ensuring sufficient goods

4. Meeting sales target set by management

5. Sets sales target for team and works towards achieving it together

6. Oversee sales activities and ensures that team members promotes the item efficiently

7. Manage sales campaigns and promotions

8. Supervise, train and motivates team members

9. Schedule work shifts for team members

10. Ensure that staff adhere to store policies, guidelines and customer service standards

11. Handles customer enquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner

12. Monitor store financial activities and prepare reports for submission to management

Job Responsibilities

• Report to Sales Manager
• To push sales to achieve Yearly and Monthly Sales target.
• Handle New customers account.
• To assist CSO execution on existing customer issues , eg. fail delivery from plant, quality issues.
• To understand and analyse customers project and trend.
• Build relationship with new and existing customers.
• Review monthly sales forecast from customer & input into report.
• Prepare Monthly Sales performance report and KPI report.
• Liaise with counterpart on TM SEO progress.
• Create monthly content for website.
• Weekly RFQ discussion with PWS engineer to ensure RFQs are prioritised accordingly.
• Maintain LinkedIn account to ensure contents are up-to-date.
• Handle daily tasks inquiry from existing customers

(also includes monthly/weekly stock declaration for MRP parts and other customers).

• Weekly sales forecast update for current month & quarterly review as needed.
• Raise RFQ forms and send quotations to selected customers.
• Activate and monitor FA & 1st production build and ECN activation.
• Manage Inventory, Passive stocks , Excess stock and Aging stocks – monthly.
• Attend weekly meetings with production team on delivery matters.
• Attend scheduled meetings with key customers.
• Other adhoc from upper management.
• Epicor learning & simulation.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of Sales experience.
• A team player who enjoys a teamwork environment and is able to communicate with individuals at all levels/positions.
• Independent, self-motivated, result oriented with ability to work under pressure and willing to work beyond normal call of duty.
• Detailed and meticulous.
• Able to use Microsoft Office
