Job Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial support
- Scheduling of appointments with clients
- Conduct market research and organisation activities on behalf
- Assist in business-oriented matters
- Perform vendor negotiations activities for business needs
- Schedule internal/external conference meetings and company events
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Higher Nitec in any discipline
- Intermediate to advanced level for Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint
- Possess good verbal & written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with good organisation skills
- Ability to work independently
Working Hours & Salary:
- At least 3 days a week, 10 am – 6pm (1 hour lunch break)
- $12 per hour
