THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated Personal Assistant to work alongside the Senior Assistant and our dynamic global administration team to assist with all matters relating to the Directors’ duties. Alongside your personal assistant duties, there would be the ability to expand into a financial/business development combined role.

Responsibilities:

· Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients

· Pre-sales and post-sales support

· Maintain high degree of technical knowledge in business discussions with clients across industries

· Develop and customize relevant materials on key product features and technical solutions to benefit clients

· Identify product improvements on industry trends and activities

· Prepare costing, tenders, proposals and quotations for clients

· Maintain quality service in accordance to company’s service standards

Requirements:

· Diploma in Engineering

· At least 2 years of experience in Marine / Petrochemical / Refineries / related Industries

· Good interpersonal skills
