PERFECTION FACE & BODY WELLNESS is a beauty salon located at the Heart of Jurong west market. Our company have been in the beauty industry for over 15 years. Our clients are mainly from the neighbourhood with large customer base. We offer a huge variety of hair services for our clients as well as other beauty services such as facial and TCM treatments.

We are expanding and our new shop requires new enthusiastic beautician who are not only outgoing but also a competent team player in order to work with other associates to promote wide variety of beauty packages and services to our customers.

We are looking for experienced (Full-Time) position to join our growing family.

Basic requirements:

-Consultant experience needed for managerial roles otherwise beauty industry experience

- 6 days work week
- Other ad-hoc duties instructed by the manager
- Promote wide range of services and packages
- Excellent customer service and communication
- Hardworking and team cooperation
- Able to commute well with peers / a team player
- Able to speak basic Chinese and English to maintain good after-sales relationship with different racial clients. (Most clients speak English and Chinese only)
- Strong negotiation and selling skills, well groomed and presentable.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Beauty Manager to lead our beauty retail operations. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily functions of the shop, manage the staff, ensure the highest level of customer service, and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth. The role also requires training staff, handling customer service issues, managing stock, and ensuring quality control standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Engagement:

• Meet identified prospects, give expert advice, and promote available products.
• Organize formal presentations, seminars, and other marketing opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
• Manage customer transactions and continuously work to improve customer service.
• Create proposal documents, presentation materials, and sales tools to support marketing initiatives.
• Prepare and implement sales forecasts, monitoring expenses, budgets, sales figures, and profitability.
• Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Plan and execute promotions, ensuring that all sales targets are met or exceeded.

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and process orders for instant beverages, food, and related products from both retail and wholesale clients.
• Maintain accurate sales records for the company’s product lines and generate periodic reports.
• Support the sales team by preparing proposals, contracts, and managing customer accounts.
• Address customer inquiries, ensuring their needs for instant beverage and food products are met promptly.
• Assist in logistics coordination, ensuring timely delivery of the company’s products.

Requirements:

• Experience with sales operations in the food and beverage sector is an advantage.
• Proficiency in ERP systems or inventory management software.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
