Job Requirements

1. Knowledge of commercial and shipping documents (Incoterms)

Key Responsibilities

• Help customers in-store and online with product questions, purchases, and after-sales support.
• Accurately process, pack, and sort online orders.
• Manage cash transactions, maintain the register, and perform daily sales reconciliations.
• Work with team members to meet sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
• Keep the store clean, organize merchandise displays, and track inventory levels.
• Use Microsoft Office and other computer skills to manage sales records, reports, and communications.

We are looking to employ a highly driven assistant sales manager to assist the sales manager with the day-to-day running of our store. The assistant sales manager’s responsibilities include developing strategies to improve sales, effectively handling customer complaints, and assisting with the recruitment of sales staff. Assistant Sales Manager Responsibilities:
