Summary:

SCOPE

The Sales Coordinator is in charge of the office organisation. Assists in all administrative matters related to the Sales & Marketing department.

OVERALL OBJECTIVES

• Support Sales & Marketing colleagues in their day to day activities and to assist them in achieving their personal and team objectives
• Assist the Sales & Marketing team with purchase orders
• Manage and update inventory according to office and department’s operational requirements
• Compile and submit monthly reports, requisitions and statistics
• Maintain department’s operating manual, including policies, procedures, rules & regulations
• Ensure efficient liaison with sister hotels, including the distribution of our sales correspondence and collateral to other hotels
• Assist with the co-ordination of direct mail campaigns on behalf of sales and marketing, labelling, data collection and distribution of mail items.
• To handle incoming calls and enquiries promptly and according to operating standards
• Conduct telesales research of existing/new clients within set guidelines
• Assist in administrative duties such as preparing meeting minutes, project coordination, travel arrangements etc.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in hospitality, business or related discipline
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Has excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Able to multi-task and work independently in a dynamic environment with good problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Possesses professional disposition with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, ethics, grooming and attitude.

Job Description:

• Achieve sales targets by actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels.
• Drive product availability, visibility, and promotional effectiveness within assigned territories or customer segments.
• Collaborate closely with distribution partners to ensure proper inventory levels and timely replenishment.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key retail, wholesale, and e-commerce clients.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with key accounts to identify growth opportunities, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify and onboard new partners, resellers, and distributors to expand the company’s footprint across the Singapore market.
• Work with marketing and product teams to introduce products to new channels and ensure smooth channel integration.
• Monitor and analyze competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies within each channel, providing insights for the development of counter-strategies.
• Execute promotional strategies to drive brand awareness, increase shelf presence, and maximize sales within each channel.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to implement promotional activities (e.g., trade shows, digital campaigns) for each channel.
• Ensure that merchandising and product displays align with brand guidelines across all channels.
• Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels.
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
• Use data insights to refine strategies, prioritize high-growth opportunities, and improve sales efficiency.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or other related studies.
• Proficient in PC Skills such as MS Office Application Software.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in related field.
• Preferred who have experience professionally with a solid track record in successful business development, strong core competencies in marketing, and an ability to successfully execute the international vision of the company.
• Good knowledge in global Instant Coffee market as well as a good understanding of snacks & confectionery markets in the region.

Requirements for Skills and Qualifications:

• Secondary or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Knowledge of the local vegetable/F&B/FMCG market.
• Experience with sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
• Be able to work in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office e.g., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Multilingual will be an advantage as this position will deal with various type of stakeholders.

Campaign Planning and Execution

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns targeting both B2B and B2C audiences, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing channels.
• Conceptualise and develop creative and compelling marketing content for both B2B and B2C audiences, including website content, social media updates, and marketing collateral.
• Assist & plan leads generating campaigns
• To be able to lead & work within given budgets & timeline
• Execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, traffic and conversions to leads tru social media
• Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
• Liaise & working as a team, with our carpenters & designers, taking snippets of their daily work and converting to contents
• Content creation every few days to update tictok and social media account.

Relevant Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience.

Basic Skills Required:

Diploma in Marketing or Mass Communications.

• Strong understanding of B2C marketing strategies, channels,
• Excellent communication and writing skills, creative and resourceful, proactive and good time management.
• Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, capcut, canvas
• Fast learner with ability to handle all operational aspects independently.
