Position Summary: Retail Sales Executive/Team Leader is responsible for leading a team to drive the growth and retention of key client relationships. This role focuses on developing and executing long-term strategies to maximize business opportunities, ensuring that key accounts are prioritized based on their revenue potential and strategic importance. Key Responsibilities:

6. Account Planning and Reporting

· Prepare and deliver reports on account performance to senior management.

· Track KPIs such as sales growth, client retention, and customer satisfaction.

7. Budgeting and Financial Planning

· Prepare budgets and forecasts for key account activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate and promote assigned products to walk-in customers
• Attend to customers’ enquiries on products and provide professional advice on their purchase
• Maintain good rapport with customers
• Distribute product samples, brochures, flyers etc.
• Setting up product displays and promotional booths
• Maintain and replenish all point of purchase materials
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum GCE ‘O’ level with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience
