• At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales administration. Experience in hospitality will be advantageous
• Good communication and writing skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand the regional market.
• Prepare quotations for projects and QSR, process sales orders, and follow up with customers, particularly for remote sales.
• Ensure timely delivery by coordinating order execution and liaising with the service department and customers.
• Assist the Costing Department by entering BQs, obtaining supplier quotations, and calculating markups %.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers to ensure payment before order release.
• Support sales representatives with reports , customer code creation in the BC system, and scanning documents - DO for finance.
• Manage customer inquiries, handling quotation on behalf of sales representatives, assist with corporate email by diverting to respective colleague
• Handle various administrative tasks, including creating item codes, managing corporate emails, preparing documents for tenders, filling, documentation.
• Prepare a list of addition/omission for big project
• Prepare payment requisition form upon request by sales representatives
• Prepare T Loan agreement/application form for seeking director’s approval & send to customer for signature & arrange delivery/collection
• Cover for absent sales support members and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
