Responsibilities
- Handle quotations, orders as well as correspondence and fulfil customer needs to ensure satisfaction
- Understand customer needs, keep client updated with new solutions, bring valuable solutions to client continuously
- Maintain good working relationship with customers to ensure high customer retention and significant potential growth
- Register leads generated in CRM promptly and accurately
- Ensure quotations, PO based on customer requirements and executed timely and accurately
- Ensure specifications, drawings and any related documentation are documented in proper manner
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents.
- Liaison with cross functional team to arrange shipment to customer/suppliers, track orders to ensure timely delivery of shipment
- Generate report as and when required
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly, conduct troubleshooting
- Work closely with outdoor sales team and related functions to maximize sales and help meet organizations business goals
- Other functions as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Min Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Strong computer skill and knowledge with networking and network topology.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a Project or Sales Coordinator in the AV/IT industry or related field preferred
- Experience in similar role
Compensation:
- Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm
