• Product Display and Merchandising: Ensure that all products are well-stocked and displayed according to brand guidelines. Set up attractive displays and promotional setups to maximize sales. • Stock Management: Monitor product inventory levels and replenish stock as needed. Report low stock levels, product shortages, and any damaged or expired goods to the store or warehouse management. Assist with stock rotation to ensure that older products are sold first.

Qualifications:

• High school or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales, marketing, or retail management are a plus.
• Previous experience in retail, merchandising, or sales is preferred.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and retail industry trends.

• Maintaining close communication with customers, production, and supply chain teams to ensure timely fulfilment of orders.
• Professional handling of enquiries and assisting customers to provide effective solutions. Timely follow up to ensure resolutions.
• Consolidating and providing of documents and samples for customers’ order related information as required.
• Ensure timely invoicing to customers and proper collection of reusable drums.
