About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Account Manager to join sales team for IT solution provider managing BFSI Domain. This role is pivotal in driving client relationships, generating revenue, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of BFSI IT solutions, products and services, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and account management.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in the financial industry.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
- Identify client needs and provide tailored financial solutions to meet their goals.
Sales and Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities within the BFSI sector and convert them into long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
Market Analysis and Strategy
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide insights to senior management for strategic planning and decision-making.
Account Management
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups, renewals, and upselling opportunities.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, including key metrics such as client retention rates and revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate and updated client records in CRM systems.
Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to develop customized solutions for clients.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus.
Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role in the financial industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in managing high-value client accounts.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of financial products and services, including banking, investments, and insurance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with excellent organizational skills.
Compensation will be 40:60 (Fixed: Variable)
