The Company operates Sales Promotion Counters at shopping malls for its range of Skincare and Wellness products.
The Sales Supervisor is in-charge of the day to day business at the Sales Counter including the following:
1) Supervise Sales Promoters and their job performance.
2) Promote Sales and meet sales targets
3) Ensure that the sales counter is opened and manned during business hours
4) Work with the shopping mall's management on Sales Promotions and other matters
5) Ensure that that counter is fully stocked according to sales targets
6) Order and manage stock
7) Ensure that all members of the sales promotion team are properly trained in sales technique and product knowledge.
8) Train sales promotes to increase sales.
9) Report to the Management of the Company.
The ideal candidate should be or have the following:
1) Ambitious and career minded
2) Focused and able to meet business goals
3) Prepared to work hard to achieve financial success
4) At least 2 years of experience working in a sales supervisory/training position
5) Work experience with Skincare and Beauty Treatments.
6) Able to communicate in English and Chinese
7) Able to work on during busy shopping hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays
